What you will do
- Generate high-quality sales opportunities for BDMs within target accounts.
- Guide leads through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Book outbound meetings using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, social outreach, and video prospecting.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers.
- Find creative ways to engage with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Requirements
- Experience in a BDR/SDR role with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Ability to prospect and qualify new opportunities.
- A consultative, strategic, and analytical approach.
- An interpersonal and fluid communication style.
- Experience selling into Chinese markets, particularly with enterprise businesses.
- Experience solution selling complex technical products (payments is desirable).
