What you will do

  • Define and build the Voice of the Customer program, synthesizing diverse data sources into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with UX Design, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to improve the Xvantage platform.
  • Develop processes to reduce friction and evangelize CX best practices across the organization.
  • Communicate data-driven recommendations and progress to senior executive leadership.
  • Drive cross-organizational decisions to deliver tangible customer experience improvements.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture focused on creativity and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in UX, CX, Product Management, or Program Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading international CX programs with measurable impact.
  • Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative data synthesis and modern AI capabilities.
  • Experience in agile environments partnering with product and engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development or technical constraints.
