Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in the San Francisco office)

Salary: $170,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence, translating company vision into specific product bets.
• Research high-value use cases with customers and stakeholders to create proactive, contextual insights.
• Develop actionable workflows, dashboards, and recommendations using hirify.global's enterprise context layer and graph.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to turn ambiguous concepts into well-scoped products with clear user flows.
• Drive customer-focused prioritization, balancing long-term platform opportunities with urgent user pain points.
• Establish the foundations for a new category of organizational visibility and cross-functional decision support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, or analytics platforms.
• Strong technical fluency with structured/unstructured data, knowledge graphs, and retrieval systems.
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and granular execution, including designing specific UI behaviors and workflows.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping meaningful product areas.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
