Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Work with engineers, operators, and internal users to understand workflows, needs, and pain points.
• Identify high-leverage product and infrastructure problems across the business.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and technical requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable products and systems quickly.
• Own product areas from discovery through launch, iteration, and workflow improvement.
• Use data, user feedback, and business context to prioritize development.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency; experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data is advantageous.
• High ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify underlying problems behind user requests.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and operational teams.
• Ability to move quickly with incomplete information and synthesize fragmented feedback into clear priorities.
• Strong user empathy and willingness to deeply understand how people work.
