TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sales operations for channel partners to drive revenue and scale go-to-market efforts in US/CA.
  • Lead the rollout of new purchasing models, product offerings, and GTM initiatives across channel partners.
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure using SQL and Power BI.
  • Analyze sales data to develop strategic insights on channel performance, acquisition, and retention.
  • Design and improve sales processes, including lead routing, deal management, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Partner with Business Development, Finance, Supply Planning, and Logistics to optimize order management and inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or high school diploma with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, or consulting (or a customer-facing role).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
  • Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support critical operations.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and meetings as required.

Nice to have

  • Strong proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Experience in retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics sales operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply planning in manufacturing or hardware environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or efficiency impact.
