Salary: $85,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end sales operations for channel partners to drive revenue and scale go-to-market efforts in US/CA.
- Lead the rollout of new purchasing models, product offerings, and GTM initiatives across channel partners.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure using SQL and Power BI.
- Analyze sales data to develop strategic insights on channel performance, acquisition, and retention.
- Design and improve sales processes, including lead routing, deal management, and pipeline hygiene.
- Partner with Business Development, Finance, Supply Planning, and Logistics to optimize order management and inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or high school diploma with 2+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, or consulting (or a customer-facing role).
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support critical operations.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and meetings as required.
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience in retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics sales operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply planning in manufacturing or hardware environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or efficiency impact.
