What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact and advisor, coordinating across Application Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Ensure technology integration into defense program lifecycles, tracking milestones from deployment to long-term adoption.
- Identify and quantify business impact to demonstrate the ROI of ’s products.
- Proactively manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities within the customer portfolio.
- Build strong relationships through business reviews, success planning, and product roadmap discussions.
- Help develop a scalable customer success function, including standard playbooks and data-driven processes.
Requirements
- Engineering B.S. degree or similar qualification.
- 10+ years of combined experience in technical engineering/manufacturing and client-facing roles like account management or consulting.
- Proven experience managing accounts, contracts, or technical programs within the defense ecosystem (DoD or Tier 1 defense primes).
- Deep familiarity with business models and manufacturing processes specific to aerospace and defense.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100.
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
