Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in research or operational programming roles.
• Experience building or managing beta and early release evaluation programs.
• Proven expertise in managing research panels and participant communities.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and inclusive design approaches.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like Claude and Gemini to improve process efficiency.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for a hybrid work arrangement.
