Salary: $197,000 - $232,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design projects from research and problem definition through to prototyping and delivery.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business teams to drive user-centered solutions for technical products.
• Conduct usability studies and manage research operations, including participant recruitment and documentation.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and compelling customer experience narratives.
• Contribute to design systems and accessibility practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading strategic product design for technical platforms or complex systems.
• Strong expertise in the full design process: discovery, information architecture, UX flows, and UI design.
• Proven ability to conduct independent user research and usability testing.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proficiency with Figma and GitHub, and a solid understanding of HTML and CSS concepts.
• Experience working effectively in remote, asynchronous, and collaborative environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with iconography, branding, or front-end development.
• Background in content design.
