What you will do

  • Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and business functions to ensure high quality of hire.
  • Build global talent intelligence capabilities, including market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and workforce trends analysis.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to align hiring strategies with business priorities and organizational needs.
  • Modernize TA operations by implementing AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and recruiting tools.
  • Manage external recruiting partners and vendor relationships to optimize costs and delivery effectiveness.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized workflows, recruiting governance, and data-driven metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience, specifically supporting technical or specialized talent.
  • Proven success in identifying and engaging passive talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth, or transforming environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and dashboards to influence decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductors, engineering, manufacturing, or hardware industries.
  • Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or scaling initiatives.
