What you will do
- Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and business functions to ensure high quality of hire.
- Build global talent intelligence capabilities, including market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and workforce trends analysis.
- Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to align hiring strategies with business priorities and organizational needs.
- Modernize TA operations by implementing AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and recruiting tools.
- Manage external recruiting partners and vendor relationships to optimize costs and delivery effectiveness.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized workflows, recruiting governance, and data-driven metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience, specifically supporting technical or specialized talent.
- Proven success in identifying and engaging passive talent in highly competitive markets.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth, or transforming environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and dashboards to influence decisions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductors, engineering, manufacturing, or hardware industries.
- Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or scaling initiatives.
