What you will do

• Drive end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization.
• Partner with founders, executives, and VPs to define role scopes, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Build high-quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience for senior-level executives.
• Manage and partner with external search firms when appropriate.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership to inform hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally combining search firm and in-house roles.
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high-growth, global, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities to identify and engage hard-to-reach executive talent.
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for partnering with C-level leaders.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco.
