Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM, R&D, G&A, and Support functions from sourcing to delivery.
• Build proactive, repeatable sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, VC networks, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and structure interview processes.
• Manage offer negotiations and recruiting operations, including HRIS updates and onboarding.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the university recruiting program.
• Identify and resolve gaps in process and tooling to optimize recruiting strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of hiring across GTM, technical, and G&A functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build high-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Sharp candidate judgment and the ability to align and influence hiring managers.
• Ability to drive results independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
