What you will do

  • Supervise Field Engineers and Technicians, managing workflow, safety, and technical training.
  • Drive area operations focusing on sales, profit, and service quality.
  • Develop and monitor Area Profit Plans and conduct regular management committee meetings.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and liaison to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and lead the interview process for new applicants.
  • Audit field jobs and recommend improvements to technical procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer BSEE or equivalent Electrical Technical School/Military degree.
  • Experience in the Industrial Service Industry.
  • Strong supervisory, organizational, and business management skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).
  • Willingness to relocate and perform overnight travel as required.
