What you will do

• Oversee operations for 150 retail locations, conducting monthly inspections of retail, ATM, and principal properties.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, resolving quality complaints and coordinating replacements.
• Administer work order entry, tracking, and billing processes using CMMS (Corrigo Pro).
• Coordinate with Facility Managers and the 24/7 call center to meet performance metrics and SLAs.
• Manage self-perform locations, including safety, payroll, and emergency response.
• Generate monthly operational reports and conduct regular meetings with Property and Senior Area Managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Illinois with the ability to travel to various sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven experience managing diverse activities under extreme time constraints.
• Experience with bank organization structures is a plus.
