Salary: $17.27 - $21.15 hourly + monthly performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and securing the facility.
• Drive sales performance through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Maintain compliance, safety standards, and resolve customer escalations.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Manage facility details, including supply ordering and the auction process.
• Perform daily property walkthroughs, safety inspections, and light maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform duties in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
