Location: Must be within a 45 minute commuting distance to either the Silicon Valley (Redwood City) or Seattle clinic. This is an on-site 5 days/week role.

Salary: $130,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Lead and empower a cross-functional team of MRI technologists and patient care staff to deliver exceptional luxury service.
• Ensure consistent adherence to corporate policies, safety protocols, and best practices across multiple clinics.
• Optimize clinic workflows and implement continuous quality improvement processes to exceed clinical standards.
• Oversee clinic budgets, expense tracking, and resource allocation while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as patient satisfaction scores, service delivery times, and operational costs.
• Foster a High Reliability Organization (HRO) environment by proactively mitigating patient risks and promoting psychological safety.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, with 5+ years in a management role overseeing strategic and daily clinic operations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health care related field.
• Proven people-management skills with the ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without employer sponsorship.
• Must be based within 45 minutes of the Silicon Valley or Seattle clinics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with outpatient imaging or radiology.
• Active MRI Technologist certification.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
