What you will do

• Own end-to-end operations strategy across Customer Experience (Cx), PMO, Client Operations, and Print Communications.
• Establish an AI-first, automation-forward operating model to reduce manual work and increase leverage.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership bench across the operations portfolio.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecast capacity, and meet cost and margin targets.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Legal to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Build a robust metrics and analytics framework to systematically measure performance and drive improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including leading multi-function teams.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational portfolios and improving customer experience.
• Extensive experience driving cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance departments.
• Strong quantitative and analytical orientation for data-driven decision making.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Austin, TX.
