What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement and refine regional GTM strategies.
• Provide front-line support for CPQ, including quote creation, approvals, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the end-to-end electronic signature process via DocuSign to ensure timely deal closure.
• Oversee sales leads, opportunities, and forecast management to maintain a predictable revenue pipeline.
• Document internal processes and oversee the day-to-day usage of GTM applications.
• Collaborate with reporting functions to track KPIs and provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or GTM/Revenue Operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and CPQ tools.
• Experience with DocuSign and Marketing Automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite for data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working in a complex, matrixed environment.
