TL;DR

Commercial Revenue Architect (AI): Designing and executing revenue transformation strategies using an AI Operating System with an accent on workflow architecture and adoption. Focus on operationalizing AI-driven workflows to drive measurable ROI and business results for B2B SaaS customers.

Location: Must be based in or be within commutable distance to one of the hubs: Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco (Preference for San Francisco)

Salary: $88,000 - $110,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through the AI Operating System.
  • Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate into revenue outcomes.
  • Execute adoption and change management initiatives to embed the platform into daily team rhythms.
  • Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
  • Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering cross-functionally to drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.

Requirements

  • Must be located within a commutable distance to an office hub in Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, or San Francisco.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading conversations focused on value realization and ROI.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
