What you will do
- Prospect and qualify leads across dealer groups and OEM-approved dealerships.
- Engage dealership leaders (GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and texting.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points related to digital marketing and service lane performance.
- Book demos and create qualified opportunities for District Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and meet weekly activity and pipeline KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on territory strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS or automotive dealership tech preferred.
- CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Must be based in the United States to align with company benefits and operations.
