What you will do

• Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues via ticketing, Slack, and in-person support.
• Administer macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android endpoints using MDM and configuration profiles.
• Manage core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Atlassian.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks and operational workflows using Bash and Python.
• Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in macOS administration and supporting mobile platforms (iOS, Android, ChromeOS).
• Deep experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA, directory services).
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office (4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling.
• Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience leading IT projects like migrations or tool rollouts.
