What you will do

• Design and implement SSO integrations using Okta across enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain SCIM integrations for automated user provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with security and application teams to define identity architecture best practices.
• Lead the assessment and integration of third-party SaaS applications into the identity framework.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, specifically with Okta.
• Strong proficiency with SSO protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience with SCIM, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience scripting with Python or Workato to streamline IAM processes.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and optimize IAM workflows in enterprise settings.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta FastPass or AMFA.
• Knowledge of IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) platforms.
