What you will do

• Provide post-sales technical support for Arista Campus products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email to resolve installation and operation issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Recreate customer network issues within a dedicated lab environment.
• Document technical issues and customer communications to improve product quality and development.

Requirements

• BS in a technical field (Computer Science or Networking preferred).
• Knowledge of core networking concepts and protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPv4/IPv6, STP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Linux OS navigation.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and traditional networking technologies.
• Location: Must be based in Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland

Nice to have

• Experience with server virtualization such as VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and IXIA.
• Scripting skills in Python, C++, Java, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Containers (Kubernetes, Docker) and SDN concepts.
• Industry certifications and prior customer-facing experience.
