What you will do

• Oversee the accounts receivable function, including receipt allocation and debtor reconciliation.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Maintain an accurate general ledger and investigate financial variances to propose corrective actions.
• Manage month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and intercompany balances.
• Coordinate with overseas entities to support financial reporting and group consolidation.
• Support annual audits, regulatory compliance, and tax reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia (on-site)
• Minimum of 4 years' financial and management accounting experience.
• CPA/CA qualification.
• Experience in SaaS or software development industries.
• Solid understanding of asset capitalization and revenue recognition.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with NetSuite, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
