What you will do
- Own and manage core finance systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (GL), Jedox, and Concur.
- Manage the integration of the new client platform with D365 and Jedox to automate revenue, FX transactions, and payment flows.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve reconciliation and reporting productivity.
- Ensure finance system processes align with accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical system solutions.
- Lead finance user acceptance testing (UAT) for platform enhancements and new product initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification is required.
- 7+ years of experience in finance systems, controllership, or financial transformation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 strongly preferred) and BI tools (Jedox).
- Proven track record of delivering system integrations in complex, transaction-heavy environments.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
