What you will do

• Own large features and full products from ideation to release within a cross-functional product squad.
• Write production-ready code using Ruby on Rails and Go in a dual-language architecture.
• Design and optimize scalable database strategies and indexing in PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat APIs.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and general engineering standards.
• Triage and resolve production issues, taking full ownership of system reliability and quality.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Go for developing microservices.
• Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL scaling, partitioning, and query optimization.
• DevOps mindset with experience in Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, global environment.
• English proficiency for daily communication with a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Stack.
• Previous working experience in the AdTech or MarTech industries.
