What you will do

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience with Ruby.
• Strong understanding of service-to-service communication and distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Language proficiency: Russian (Advanced) and English (Pre-intermediate or higher).
• Ability to make independent technical decisions in uncertain environments.
