Salary: $333,000 – $370,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead integration planning and strategic execution for acquisitions from diligence through post-close follow-through.
• Translate deal rationale into practical integration goals across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, finance, and legal.
• Partner with deal leads during evaluation and diligence to assess tech stacks, talent, GTM alignment, and execution risks.
• Utilize AI to build and scale repeatable integration playbooks, templates, and governance rhythms.
• Serve as a trusted partner to acquired teams, helping them navigate the organization and maintain momentum.
• Track integration KPIs and communicate progress and blockers to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate development integration, consulting, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience leading M&A integrations across talent, tech, and platform/business transactions.
• Expertise in integrating enterprise/B2B acquisitions and understanding of GTM function integration.
• Strong operating judgment and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution.
• Comfort building structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Proven track record of driving outcomes through influence with senior stakeholders.
