What you will do

• Own functional P&L management across all opex and serve as the finance business partner to GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A leads.
• Run the end-to-end annual planning process, including headcount planning cycles, templates, and working sessions.
• Drive the monthly and quarterly operating cadence, including QBRs, variance analysis, and financial narratives.
• Lead procurement strategy and vendor management to ensure disciplined spending as the company scales.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or business finance at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of running company-wide planning processes and operating cadences at scale.
• Strong P&L ownership experience and the ability to build trust with non-finance partners.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to turn operational data into decision-ready analysis.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement and vendor management in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with music industry deal structures or media/entertainment business models.
• Experience at a company that has scaled ARR rapidly with exposure to financial infrastructure challenges.
• Comfort with financial data tools and reporting infrastructure.
