What you will do

• Act as the primary public face of hirify.global for the developer community.
• Travel to conferences and meetups to deliver technical talks and live demos.
• Manage the end-to-end developer conference sponsorship pipeline and budget.
• Engage with developers on Discord, Reddit, and other technical forums to build rapport and gather feedback.
• Develop example code and working demos for ElevenAPI and ElevenAgents to showcase product value.
• Collaborate with product teams by routing community insights and technical feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel frequently.
• Proven track record of delivering technical talks at meetups and conferences (video recordings required).
• Engineering background with the ability to build working demos and read technical documentation.
• Strong technical communication skills to make complex APIs accessible to a wide audience.
• Experience owning event operations, including prioritization, logistics, and budget management.
• Genuine empathy for developers and comfort interacting in Discord and Reddit.

• Content creation or video production skills.
• Existing audience or following within developer circles.
