What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert across tracing, evals, prompt management, and AI engineering workflows.
• Create technical marketing content including blog posts, guides, benchmarks, and launch videos.
• Build runnable demo apps and code examples to prove product value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define positioning for new capabilities.
• Speak at and organize high-signal in-person events for AI engineers.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis within the LLM observability and tooling space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, technical product marketing, DevRel, or data science.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to code enough to build examples, inspect SDKs, and understand traces.
• Proven experience in technical advocacy and public communication.
• Strong curiosity and knowledge of AI engineering and LLM applications.
• Must be based in Europe or the USA.

Nice to have

• Existing technical audience or public content portfolio (blogs, videos, talks).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with ClickHouse, SQL, or data infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
