Location: Must be based in the U.S. (San Francisco, CA or Remote within Americas UTC-3 to UTC-10).

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000/year + 0.01% – 0.1% equity.

What you will do

  • Own weekly signup pacing and growth across core acquisition channels.
  • Build a defensible signup mix across SEO, partnerships, brand, and emerging channels.
  • Manage cross-channel planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews to diagnose misses and ship corrective actions.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to optimize activation and onboarding.
  • Drive accountability and cadence within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth leadership at a technical or developer-facing product.
  • U.S. Citizenship or valid work visa required.
  • Proven track record as an operator who has owned growth numbers, not just advised on them.
  • Deep operational depth in modern distribution channels like SEO, content, and AI-native discovery.
  • Strong management instincts with the ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work directly with founders and push back on strategy to ensure execution.
