TL;DR

Enterprise Community Lead (AI): Designing and scaling programs to organize practitioners within strategic enterprise accounts to drive production adoption of Claude with an accent on advocate activation and peer education. Focus on building the Claude Champions framework, integrating community motions into GTM strategy, and measuring community-driven business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (must be in-office at least 25% of the time)

What you will do

  • Define the enterprise community strategy, maturity model, and roadmap from zero to global scale.
  • Launch and scale the Claude Champions program by recruiting power users in strategic accounts and designing recognition structures.
  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to build operating models for champion sourcing and integrate these motions into account planning.
  • Manage the day-to-day engine of community programs, including member lifecycles, programming rhythms, and feedback loops to Product and Sales.
  • Establish a measurement framework to tie community activity to business outcomes like seat activation, usage growth, and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling customer community or advocacy programs at enterprise SaaS or developer tools companies.
  • Proven track record of defining community strategy and operating models from scratch rather than just executing existing playbooks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise GTM and ability to operate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Ability to build trust with technical practitioners and communicate effectively with both staff engineers and executives.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (minimum 25% in-office attendance).

Nice to have

  • Experience with bottoms-up, product-led, or community-led growth (PLG) motions inside an enterprise sales org.
  • Background in developer relations, customer marketing, or customer enablement.
  • Previous experience with AI products or developer tools.
  • Familiarity with community platforms, Slack, and CRM workflows.
