What you will do

• Own the editorial calendar and production of technical content including blog posts, API guides, and data-driven reports for developers.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to extract platform insights and shape them into original thought leadership.
• Optimize listings across API marketplaces (RapidAPI, Postman, AWS Marketplace) to maximize discoverability and conversion.
• Activate developer channels such as Hacker News, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, and niche newsletters to grow authentic engagement.
• Define and track KPIs for developer growth, including organic signups, API trial starts, and marketplace impressions.
• Partner with product and developer relations teams to align content with product launches and SDK updates.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in growth, content, or developer marketing, with at least 2 years focused on technical or API-first products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to write technically credible and concise content specifically for developer audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with experience pulling insights from data platforms to create narratives.
• Hands-on experience managing API marketplace listings and using tools like Crunchbase.
• Experience using APIs, MCPs, agents, or automation tools like Zapier to execute campaigns.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and write basic code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Prior experience at a developer tools company, API platform, or infrastructure startup.
• Experience building and growing a developer community from an early stage.
• Familiarity with developer-specific SEO strategies and product-led growth (PLG) motions.
