What you will do

• Grow hirify.global's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute a community engagement playbook for each platform.
• Build and nurture active, trusted subreddits.
• Create scalable engagement strategies that maintain authenticity, utilizing AI tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer categories.
• Deep understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write in an authentic, platform-native tone that avoids corporate-speak.
• Must be based in the United States.
