Salary: $92,500 - $100,000 a year

What you will do
- Grow community membership through strategic content, social promotion, and active member engagement.
- Execute promotional campaigns across LinkedIn, email, partner channels, and other community platforms.
- Manage LinkedIn presence and drive thought leadership through social distribution and forum participation.
- Oversee website updates, landing page optimization, and conversion improvements.
- Manage the OnPoint Community Program budget and track ROI and engagement metrics.
- Plan and support virtual webinars, roundtables, and small community events.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally within SaaS.
- Proven track record in growth, community, or content marketing with experience in paid acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, digital distribution, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills combined with basic design capabilities.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools for productivity and execution.
Nice to have
- Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations.
- Experience with video or podcast editing.
- Advanced design skills.
