Salary: $92,500 - $100,000 a year

What you will do

• Grow community membership through strategic content, social promotion, and active member engagement.
• Execute promotional campaigns across LinkedIn, email, partner channels, and other community platforms.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and drive thought leadership through social distribution and forum participation.
• Oversee website updates, landing page optimization, and conversion improvements.
• Manage the OnPoint Community Program budget and track ROI and engagement metrics.
• Plan and support virtual webinars, roundtables, and small community events.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally within SaaS.
• Proven track record in growth, community, or content marketing with experience in paid acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, digital distribution, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills combined with basic design capabilities.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools for productivity and execution.

Nice to have

• Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations.
• Experience with video or podcast editing.
• Advanced design skills.
