TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a client-embedded role requiring multiple days per week onsite at customer locations and occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments, including workflow discovery, solution design, configuration, and rollout.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable and extensible pipelines.
• Build customized workflows for user groups across nursing, clinical operations, contact centers, and care coordination.
• Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder relationships from front-line clinical staff to C-suite executives.
• Drive analytics on deployment performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Embed with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate field insights into cross-company product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing deployment, professional services, consulting, or technical program management.
• Experience leading complex implementations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
• Ability to travel 25–50%, including overnight and out-of-state trips.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of vaccinations.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare (health systems, payors, digital health) or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) or EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
• Background at companies with forward-deployed models (e.g., Palantir, Stripe) or top-tier consulting firms.
• Experience deploying or scaling AI/ML or enterprise SaaS products.
• Startup experience and comfort building processes from scratch.
