What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of state agency partners and maintain regular engagement with program administrators to ensure program health.
• Monitor performance against utilization targets and contractual obligations to proactively address gaps.
• Lead structured program reviews and translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, implementation engineering, and account management teams to resolve program issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding engagement activity, metric status, and risk signals.
• Develop and implement scalable automation solutions and process improvements using AI tools.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4+ years of experience in project, account, or client relationship management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel periodically for work.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Comfort using AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot) to enhance daily workflows.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
