What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar AI data programs, ensuring quality, throughput, and margins.
• Design data pipelines from customer specifications through final delivery, including taxonomy and quality frameworks.
• Manage and performance-manage 1,000+ distributed contributors, sourcing and coaching domain experts at scale.
• Serve as the primary contact for AI lab researchers, providing reporting and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Run daily internal war rooms to proactively manage quality issues, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Growth to improve operational infrastructure and deploy AI automations.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or operationally intensive roles.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL or Python preferred.
• Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong client-facing presence.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA

• Technical or STEM degree (CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field).
