Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Irvine (Orange County), Denver, or San Francisco

Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Partner with customers to map compensation data into the global market data model, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including data submission, validation, and integration.
  • Manage project timelines and set clear expectations to ensure smooth, on-time launches.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the data onboarding journey to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Implement scalable process improvements and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Compensation Analysts and Integration Engineers to remove blockers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, post-sales solutions engineering, or technical account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, onboarding tools, and data integration platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts simply.
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or solutions engineering.
  • Domain expertise in compensation (base, incentives, equity) and HR tech (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse).
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or NotebookLM to streamline workflows.
