What you will do

• Build and drive critical operational processes to meet daily customer delivery commitments.
• Manage daily operations for contributor programs, including onboarding and workflow coordination.
• Maintain operational trackers and documentation to ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Monitor contributor engagement and proactively flag retention or performance risks.
• Create feedback loops between frontline operations, product, strategy, and customers.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and run pilots to test solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA
• 2+ years of experience in an operational role or at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy field (Engineering, Economics, or related).
• Strong analytical and process-improvement capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL or demonstrated analytical tooling skills.
• Ability to balance creative problem-solving with scrappy execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or workforce platform operations.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Airtable.
