What you will do

• Plan and define functional test scenarios for Oracle HCM modules including HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and HR partners to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate testing activities for Oracle HCM quarterly updates, major releases, and patches.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and track them through resolution.
• Provide QA metrics on defect trends and test coverage to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of IT-related work experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and SaaS application testing.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and SQL for backend testing.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Current US work authorization required.
