What you will do

• Plan and execute security, integration, and performance tests to validate production software.
• Establish testing methodologies, standards, and tools for Load/Performance Test Engineering.
• Lead testing teams to ensure all software meets quality standards and reduce defect escape rates.
• Maintain the ISO Performance and Test Automation framework and perform code reviews.
• Establish product baseline tests and incremental test labs for security and performance.
• Contribute to enterprise-level test framework architecture and security principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in software performance testing, UI test automation, or web service testing.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and Selenium or equivalent tools.
• Experience with ALM, Jira, Confluence, and Load Runner Professional.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Testing certifications from reputable organizations such as ISTQB.
