What you will do

• Own the go/no-go gate for all releases, enforcing standards for data integrity, security, and core workflows.
• Drive the reduction of customer-reported defects by monitoring escaped defect metrics and maintaining a Quality Dashboard.
• Define and maintain the QA testing library, determining testing depth and standards.
• Coordinate and direct QA testers to ensure regression and manual testing are completed on schedule.
• Manage the end-to-end release process, including schedules, UAT, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform post-release hypercare monitoring using telemetry dashboards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Familiarity with Infor SyteLine ERP and manufacturing environments.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a QA testing library or automated test framework.
• Strong analytical skills to translate support ticket data into prioritized quality improvements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and present quality data to leadership.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with TestComplete or Playwright.
• Experience with Lake Companies products such as Doc-Trak, Shop-Trak, or Fact-Trak.
