What you will do

• Own field marketing strategy aligned with enterprise revenue targets, pipeline gaps, and segment priorities.
• Design and execute integrated field programs, including trade shows, executive dinners, and roadshows.
• Orchestrate Sales, BDRs, and Partnerships for attendee strategy and post-event follow-through.
• Establish execution playbooks, RACI, and performance standards for the events team.
• Manage the full event operating model, including CRM hygiene, attribution, and ROI reporting.
• Coordinate with demand generation to extend event impact via targeted campaigns and outreach.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in field marketing for enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of owning pipeline targets with data-backed results.
• Experience with ABM and named account strategies in tight verticals.
• Strong cross-functional operational skills to manage through influence across departments.
• Ability to build attribution models and report ROI with credibility.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for full-time benefits.
