Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
- Manage accounts for healthcare providers, including physicians, genetic counselors, and clinic staff.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomics solutions.
- Lead educational efforts through in-office appointments, regional conferences, and physician engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high field presence (4.5 days/week) and meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician environment) or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be based in or able to cover the NYC Metro North territory.
