TL;DR

Location: NYC Metro North (Expected field presence 4.5 days per week)

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage accounts for healthcare providers, including physicians, genetic counselors, and clinic staff.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomics solutions.
  • Lead educational efforts through in-office appointments, regional conferences, and physician engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain a high field presence (4.5 days/week) and meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician environment) or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be based in or able to cover the NYC Metro North territory.
