Location: Must be based in Ohio, USA. Role requires up to 40% travel.

Compensation: $111,700 – $196,300 base salary.

What you will do

  • Manage complex, long-term sales cycles for enterprise software solutions within the F500 space.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new logo acquisition and expand existing footprints.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to articulate complex AI and cloud-based technology solutions.
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and market intelligence.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in direct, quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar transactions and 6-24 month sales cycles.
  • Deep expertise in selling Cloud, SaaS, AI, CX, or CCaaS solutions.
  • Strong familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
  • Must be based in Ohio, USA, with the ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
