Location: Hybrid, must be able to spend 2-3 days per week in the Menlo Park office

Compensation: $50 – $65 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong pipelines for technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, and Design
• Proactively identify, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox.ai, and Ashby
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to prioritize sourcing needs and hiring timelines
• Schedule and coordinate initial interviews and support final onsite coordination
• Maintain organized candidate records within the ATS

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth VC-backed startup environments
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly sourcing goals
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco/Menlo Park area (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with Juicebox.ai and Ashby
• Passion for healthcare, technology, or mission-driven companies
• Experience with Applied AI + ML searches
