What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new high-value hotel groups and chains across East Asia to generate new revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for existing enterprise accounts to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative selling to C-level executives, utilizing deep knowledge of revenue management and hotel tech.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure optimal product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure revenue protection through long-term term agreements.
  • Travel regularly within the region to attend trade shows, conferences, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience in the hotel or travel industry and the travel technology landscape.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, specifically closing new business deals exceeding $1M.
  • Experience in consultative selling and partnership management for C-level personas.
  • Fluent English proficiency; additional fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex buying structures.
  • Ability to operate independently as a resilient self-starter.
