What you will do
- Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise companies through a consultative sales process.
- Develop account plans to align strategy with client direction and cultivate long-term partnerships with senior leaders.
- Own the renewal process by demonstrating business outcomes and ensuring ongoing client value.
- Partner with Renewal Management and Customer Success teams to maximize loyalty and retention.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in Enterprise or Mid Market SaaS sales.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and accessing senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability in both new business acquisition and account growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and professional executive presence.
- Must be based in the US (except for excluded states).
