What you will do
- Own and meet targets for qualified opportunities, pipeline value, and revenue.
- Nurture relationships with free, pro, and business (PAYGO) customers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Identify target accounts using a qualitative and data-driven approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Contribute to the creation and iteration of BDR team processes.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin is a must (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in Cantonese is critical for success.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar role within the technology industry.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts and terms.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Outreach, SFDC reporting, and data analysis.
